How can i change or split this set of records in order to achieve this
kind of output

in short i want to retrieve the distinct Numbers on the left of ':' based
on the first records any tips or codes? i do not know how to split a whole
row and retrieve its distinct values any kind of help would be very much
appreciated thank you.
